MS Square Washers

The load is distributed equally on the surface of the joint, enabling an increase in fastening efficiency. Therefore, at our MS Square Washer Manufacturing Facility located in Ahmedabad, we manufacture washers designed to withstand improved fastening pressures without bending or sliding. They are better than standard round washers, and are widely used with foundation bolts, structural fasteners and heavy fabrication assemblies which do not provide adequate surface support.

MS Square Washers are made with specific thicknesses and hole diameters to ensure compliance with industrial bolt specifications and site-specific requirements. Each washer is cut and pressed under highly controlled conditions, and the flatness and accuracy of each washer is checked prior to receiving a set number for shipping. The incorrect geometry of a washer will result in a tilt and poor retention when the fastener is being tightened; thus, our manufacturing process employs strict control of the dimensions of all our products to avoid this situation.

We place a very high emphasis on material quality. To ensure long-term service life and reliability, we will only use mild steel that is tested for tensile strength. Burr-free edges allow for safe handling and ease of installation at the job site. These square washers perform very well in industrial shed applications, machine foundations, infrastructure projects and fabrication workshops.

In order to preserve the integrity of products while transporting them throughout India (including Gujarat), the packing should be carefully performed as part of the whole process.
