Base Plates

The Bhagwandas Corporation started an Ahmedabad-based base plate manufacturing company to assist the structural and industrial foundation applications where load distribution is more important than appearance. We manufacture base plates that will accept the column, machine or assembly loads and effectively distribute these loads into concrete foundations.

We offer mild steel rectangular plates, square base plates (10mm & 12mm MS plates), solar base plates and scaffolding MS base plates. All plates are cut and drilled according to the specifications of the drawing, or, of the standard requirement of the customer. Prior to shipment, we check the thickness consistency and flatness of each plate. Any unevenness in the plate will result in alignment problems during installation. Additionally, in regards to solar structures as well as for industrial shed applications, the accuracy of the hole spacing and edge finish are a significant contributor to the speed of the field installation.

Material is chosen carefully. Only mild steel of good quality is used. You will never find different grades mixed in a batch. All the cutting and drilling operations are controlled to ensure that distortion does not take place. The surface is properly prepared for ease of welding.
